FirstCare Medical Pavilion
Dear physicians and other professionals: We would like to introduce the FirstCare Medical Pavilion, opened September 1, 2008. The pavilion is available as medical office space with 2 rooms available for full or part-time use by physicians, healthcare practitioners and other professionals. Currently two examination rooms are available on all days except Tuesday. Practices that are currently sharing space in the pavilion are The FirstCare Family Practice, The Hudson Valley Heart Center and The St. Francis Physical Therapy Connection. FirstCare Medical Center has been described by local medical suppliers as “one of the most beautiful medical offices in New York,” and was designed to be attractive and inviting both inside and out. The building is fully handicapped accessible with ample parking. We are located on route 299 between New Paltz and Highland, a busy traffic corridor with Lowes nearby and two more “big box” malls being planned. Currently 27,000 cars pass by our facility each day. FirstCare Walk-In Medical Center is open every day, nights and weekends and will be accepting most private insurances, Worker’s Compensation and Medicare. We will be looking for local practioners to refer our patients to. Specialists in our building will be more convenient for our clients, so we are hoping to have most specialties available in the additional space at FirstCare. Space will be available from 1-7 days per week, starting at $500.00/month, depending on the individual practices needs.
