FirstCare Medical Pavilion

Dear physicians and other professionals:

We would like to introduce the FirstCare Medical Pavilion, opening September 1, 2008. The pavilion will be available as commercial real estate, medical office space and professional office space with 7 rooms available for full or part time use by physicians, practitioners and other professionals. The Pavilion can be rented in its entirety or is available on a cooperative basis. Practices that are currently committed to renting space in the pavilion include a cardiology group, an orthopedic group, a podiatry group and a chiropracter. FirstCare has been described by local medical suppliers as “one of the most beautiful medical offices in New York,” and was designed to be attractive and inviting both inside and out. The building is fully handicapped accessible with ample parking. We are located on route 299 between New Paltz and Highland, a busy traffic corridor with Lowes nearby and two more “big box” malls being planned.  Currently 27,000 cars pass by our facility each day.

FirstCare Walk-In Medical Center is open every day, nights and weekends and will be accepting most private insurances, Worker’s Compensation and Medicare. We will be looking for local physicians to refer our patients to. Specialists in our building will be more convenient for our clients, so we are hoping to have most specialties available in the additional space at FirstCare. Space will be available from 1-7 days per week, starting at $500.00/month, depending on the individual practices needs.
