At FirstCare Medical Center, we provide immigration physicals, otherwise known as I 693 examinations. Dr. Stephen Weinman is a United States Civil Surgeon.

The basic cost for an I693 examination is $225. Laboratory testing and vaccinations are additional.

If we accept your insurance, you can use your insurance for vaccinations and laboratory tests. Also, you can go to your own doctor for your laboratory tests and vaccinations if we do not take your insurance.
How long does it take to get my I693?
Once you have seen Dr. Weinman, it typically take seven days for completion of the paperwork.
Are there translators available?
We use translators and Google Translate, but we recommend people bring a translator if possible.
